Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped out from Maui, Hawaii. We make it a priority to get your orders out to you in a timely manner. 

We cannot guarantee a delivery date, shipments usually take anywhere between 2-7 days, depending on the shipment destination. All shipments are shipped through USPS. 

Once items are dropped off to the local USPS office, the only information we have is the provided tracking number. We will not be responsible for items once they are handed over to the mail carrier.
